FNZ Leans Into AI-Powered Solutions

FNZ, the wealth management platform, has launched a generative AI solution – FNZ Advisor AI.
The offering is designed to help financial advisors enhance productivity, deliver more personalised advice and serve more clients at scale, it said in a statement this week.

Such a move highlights how wealth management is continuing to explore and develop use cases for AI. FNZ cited recent research that it has carried which finds that almost three-quarters (73 per cent) of wealth management clients want to see more tailor-made services within the next two years, while 70 per cent of advisors think that technology improvements are essential to achieving that goal.
FNZ Advisor AI integrates intelligent automation and AI-driven efficiencies directly into FNZ’s platform.
Among its features, Advisor AI automates the client meeting lifecycle. Advisors can prepare for meetings using personalised insights, access relevant content during client meetings, and use Advisor AI to transcribe and analyse the discussions afterwards, the firm said. The solution also highlights issues that must be followed up so that advisors can fine-tune following conversations with clients.
FNZ said “robust guardrails are also built in to minimise the risk of AI hallucinations and ensure accuracy.”
The business, originally founded in New Zealand and operating in a number of countries, has more than 650 financial institution partners, more than 26 million end investors and almost $2 trillion in assets on it platform.
